Delivering Positive Impact

Eleos was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to make a meaningful difference in the world. Since our inception we’ve proudly committed 10% of our corporate profits to charitable causes, this is a foundational part of who we are and how we operate.

Each year, the Eleos team selects the charities that we will support based on a set of core criteria. We focus our giving on organisations that drive impact in five key areas, environmental sustainability, education, poverty alleviation, human rights and disaster relief. Our selection process is collaborative and thoughtful, ensuring the causes that we back align closely with our values and vision for a better world.

Importantly, our philanthropic efforts are funded directly from shareholder profits. This means our clients incur no additional costs, giving is a reflection of our values, not a burden on those we serve. In fact this model has proven to be a powerful motivator for our team; knowing that their work contributes to real-world change inspires a deeper sense of purpose and pride in what we do every day. At Eleos we believe corporate philanthropy is not only good for the world, it’s good for business, enhancing staff morale, reinforcing our shared values and allowing us to play an active role in creating positive social change.

Carbon Neutral

Environmental Sustainability

Eleos Compliance approaches environmental stewardship as a core business discipline rather than a side initiative. We operate on a carbon-neutral basis, offsetting all unavoidable emissions through verified projects and applying a carbon lens to every strategic decision. Our head office, as well as the majority of our home working and satellite offices are powered by 100 % renewables, we travel only when absolutely necessary for our business operations and a minimum of half of our corporate philanthropy is allocated towards environmental causes.

Finally, for every compliance application placed with us, we fund the planting of one new tree, converting client projects into lasting reforestation.

  • Carbon neutral operations

  • Green energy usage across all office locations

  • Responsible consumption at every stage

  • One tree planted for every application processed

Acting on every level

Corporate Social Responsibility

Eleos Compliance views corporate social responsibility as an obligation that extends well beyond basic legal compliance. We strive both via our corporate philanthropy and our direct business operations to play our part in advancing ten of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16); and all of our business activities are governed by a zero-tolerance stance on bribery and corruption, backed by mandatory training and a whistle-blower mechanism that assures full regulatory alignment wherever we operate.

Our commitment is equally people-focused, we operate on a 4 day working week, employees receives an enhanced benefits package, 15% of corporate profits are shared among our team and staff receive a paid volunteering day each year, being actively encouraged to invest that time in the community programmes and charities Eleos supports. By combining a progressive approach to employment with transparent governance and hands-on engagement, we ensure that social value creation remains inseparable from our commercial success.

Latest Updates

We are continually inspired by the updates we receive from the charities that we support. Seeing the tangible outcomes of our contributions, whether it’s a newly reforested area, a school opening or families receiving critical aid, fuels our dedication to corporate philanthropy. Many of our staff members also choose to give their time, using their paid volunteering hours to work directly for some of the organisations we’ve funded. This hands-on involvement strengthens the connection between the team and the communities we aim to help.
